Return Policy
We offer a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction:
1. Change of Mind Returns
Customers may return their product within 10 days of delivery, with terms and conditions applied.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Deductions may apply as follows:
If the product is damaged or the packaging is incomplete, a deduction of 0–20% of the item price may apply.
If the packaging has been opened but the product remains unused and undamaged, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
If the packaging is opened but the product is unused and undamaged, a 20% restocking fee will apply, along with shipping charges up to AED 150.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If the customer finds an issue with the device and the claim is valid, as confirmed by Dealt's Quality Control team
The product will be replaced free of charge, including shipping. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure all products meet our quality standards. However, if a return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
It may take 7 to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.
In rare cases where your selected item is unavailable or fails quality checks before shipping, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. For cancellations made after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
